There is so much to see this winter at Chichester Festival Theatre, it’s hard to know what to highlight. However it is showcasing some of the greatest tours in the UK. Productions from the West End like Life of Pi, Noises Off and 2:22 A Ghost Story alongside dramas such as A Voyage Round My Father and The Merchant of Venice 1936. The original cast of Drop the Dead Donkey is also being reunited.
If that wasn’t enough, Black is the Color of My Voice, inspired by Nina Simone, is coming off a successful tour. Chichester Festival Youth Theatre will also be presenting a new adaptation of The Jungle Book for kids 7 and up. The Minerva’s Unicorn Theatre is putting on The Three Billy Goats Gruff directed by Artistic Director Justin Audibert, a perfect first musical for ages 3-7.
Additionally we have heard Father Christmas is making an appearance in Santa’s Grotto. There is also Judi Dench, Rob Brydon, Fisherman’s Friends, the BBC Concert Orchestra, and other forms of entertainment for families.
