“Gabe is a perfectly average teenager, with perfectly average problems… except he is best friends with
god and the devil. Gabe will have to navigate teenage life all while keeping two omnipotent beings in tow. GCSE stress… if only!”

Today’s Special Delivery: A little show with a lot of divine drama…
Alright, listen up, my lovely stage-starved cherubs—because I’ve just stumbled across something heavenly, hellish, and hilarious all at once. It’s called God, the Devil and Me, and it’s like someone took Good Omens, dipped it in GCSE stress, added a generous dollop of surreal Brechtian chaos, and sprinkled Jojo Rabbit-style tenderness on top. Bonkers? Absolutely. Brilliant? You bet your bottom programme note it is.
Meet Gabe: a totally average teen with your usual mix of exam panic, identity crises, and, oh yeah—he’s best mates with God and the Devil. No biggie, right? Except, Gabe’s also living with psychosis, and this show doesn’t just acknowledge it—it embraces it. It’s thoughtful without being preachy, cheeky without being cruel, and packs more heart than a school disco slow dance.
Expect an hour and ten minutes of mind-bending metaphysics, moral muddles, and moments that’ll make you laugh, think, and maybe even cry a bit (don’t worry, I won’t tell anyone). It’s weird, it’s wonderful, and it’s walking that fine line between divine comedy and emotional realness.
So grab a front-row seat in your imagination and welcome to the world of God, the Devil and Me. Just don’t ask who’s picking up the interval snacks—it’s a bit of a theological debate…
Til next time,

Courier of gossip, chaos, and occasionally… enlightenment.
Have you ever wondered what having two omnipotent beings on your shoulder might feel
like? Then do we have the show for you. The show has creativity and humour to spare whether
it’s a game of truth or dare, or a badly written sitcom- it plays with genre, themes and concept to
really engage, educate and challenge an audience’s perception. It reflects in its viewing
experience how psychosis affects sufferers and how hard it is to accept you were wrong. Get
ready to question everything. Is belief enough? Would you still believe in two strange beings or
could you understand why people with psychosis struggle to see what’s real? All in all prepare to
be messed with- oh and was it mentioned there are some snazzy suits and top hats? Hold on to
your holy hats for one hell of a ride.
The show aims to bring comedy, empathy and relatability to psychosis and was written/directed
by Fionn Donnelly based on their personal experience- also playing the mother. God is played
by Neo Jelfs, Gabe is played by Noah Edmondson, the devil is played by Campbell Maddox,
Sam is played by Miranda McEwen and Hannah is played by Angel Johnson. The show
includes audience interaction- be prepared to answer to God (option to opt out available).
