Peter Pan: A Musical Adventure has flown into The Alexandra, Birmingham until the 25th November for a six-show musical spectacular that promises to sprinkle a little magic (and fairy dust) over the city just in time for Christmas.

Featuring Coventry-born Martin Foley, 21, in the lead role, Peter Pan – A Musical Adventure takes the audience on a magical musical journey through Neverland as Peter Pan, Wendy and The Lost Boys try to defeat the dastardly Captain Hook and his Pirates.

Brought to life by Birmingham-based BMOS Musical Theatre Company alongside a full orchestra provided by the Midlands Concert Orchestra, the show features a spectacular mix of swashbuckling adventure, jaw dropping flying and fantasy.

I was lucky enough to see this production alongside my young one and my grandmother and get to review it..

It was a thoroughly enjoyable event for the whole family, orchestrated and executed in an enjoyable manner. The balance struck all the right notes between humour, music and make-believe.

The stage design and set were visually stunning, transporting the audience to Neverland with its vibrant colors and imaginative scenery. The use of lighting and special effects added another layer of magic to the production, creating a truly immersive experience for both young and old alike, which my family firmly agreed on

The production values in the show were highly amazing and the acting superb from the wonderful cast. It was truly a magical experience. The talented cast brought the beloved characters to life with their exceptional performances, captivating the audience from start to finish.

Not only did BMOS excel in their performance aspect but also in their musical arrangements. The live orchestra provided a beautiful backdrop of melodies that enhanced each scene’s emotion and brought out the magic of Neverland.

Whether you are a fan of musical theatre or simply looking for an entertaining night out with family or friends, this production is certainly worth experiencing.

If you have a chance to see one of BMOS Productions’ shows in the future, I highly recommend it for an enchanting evening of theatre entertainment. However if you wish to see this production, be quick, as the show is only for a limited production run
